Curvy is doing things a little differently for the launch of their latest book... taking over one Sydney's most Iconic shopping spots 'The Galeries'.
The Galeries has been transformed into a literal gallery space of iconic artwork from Curvy artists Fafi, Garance Dore, Genevieve Gauckler, Courtney Brims, Rilla Alexander, Melissa Haslam, Irina Dakeva and Just Anothers very own Kaitlin Beckett.
Each artist has been giving a display box to showcase insight into their lifes, their studios and their work... each box ending up unique. (Kaitlin's pictured below)
If that's not cool enough they are giving away Free Curvy Books!
Curvy are getting in the seasonal spirit and giving away a FREE Copy of Curvy 7 (while stocks last.) Starting on the 19th Nov, with every purchase over $150 @ Galeries retailers. You can then grab your free copy from the information desk at Kinokuniya in the Galeries.
To top it all off... on the three Thursdays leading up to Christmas, the 9th, 16th and 23rd from 6-9pm, the Kinokuniya stage will be set up for Art Wars!
These are no ordinary battles though... The weapons are felt pens, the battlefield is a blank canvas and the winner is the most creative on the night. Teams of three Curvy artists, from its creative curating journey to date, will go head to head as individuals and a team. The battles are set to be fierce... and MAY THE BEST GIRL WIN!
