Sam Octigan is an artist/illustrator born, raised and based in Melbourne. He studied Multimedia Design and Illustration and could easily go back for a couple of years of Fine Art study, but probably won’t. He likes working in lots of different styles and mediums for different people, though the goal is to slowly but surely narrow his folio into a more cohesive body of work. To support his need to focus on personal art he’s worked a range of day jobs from labouring on building sites to teaching English in French primary schools.
