Dvate is a well respected and extremely talented visual artist based in Melbourne.

Growing up a stones throw away from the train line he was instantly drawn to the colourful work and murals surrounding him. In 1996 he began experimenting at leaving his own mark on society.

Having studied Graphic Design his eye for composition and colour are evident in his paintings. A master of murals, his work ranges from beautiful photo-realistic portraits to grimy layered letter works.

From 2007-2010 Dvate co-ran ‘Per Square Metre’ Gallery in Melbourne. This much loved space held well over 100 quality exhibitions in under four years, and gave numerous artists the chance to show their work, many for the first time.

Exhibiting across the globe over the last 4 years, he has been in numerous group and solo shows. In 2008 he exhibited in four sell out shows on a US tour and is planning some big things for the future.
