Aida Sabic has always had a keen interest in art from an early age, "I have been drawing since I could hold a pencil and started painting at the end of high school".

A self-taught artist, inspired by people, colour, music and life experiences, over the last few years Aida has experimented with different mediums and styles; from acrylic on canvas, ink, coloured pencil and more recently painting on wood panels and murals.

"I can’t seem to settle into just one style and hope to continue to grow and develop different techniques over time".

Her work varies from realistic portraiture and figurative work through to stylised illustrations. Some of the work is dark and moody, while other pieces are vibrant and energetic.
